CentriLogic Inc., a private-equity-backed Mississauga company that helps companies transfer their business applications to the cloud, has purchased a Chicago-based rival to help its expansion into the U.S. market.

CentriLogic, a global managed IT transformation solutions provider headquartered in Toronto, has acquired Chicago-based ManageForce, a cloud, ERP, and data solutions provider focused on Oracle and Microsoft applications and databases. The combination of CentriLogic and ManageForce enables CentriLogic to significantly strengthen its application and database management service capabilities and accelerate its strategy of delivering full-stack solutions to global customers.
Canadian MSP and data center provider CentriLogic has acquired Oracle and Microsoft ERP application software partner ManageForce. Financial terms were not disclosed.
CentriLogic, backed by private equity firms TriSpan Opportunities Fund and Long Point Capital since 2018, offers advisory, cloud, application management and infrastructure services. The company has offices in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
CentriLogic acquires ManageForce, looks to US expansion
CentriLogic, an IT solutions provider, has acquired ManageForce, which provides services for Oracle and Microsoft applications.
CentriLogic said the deal will allow it to buttress its service capabilities.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Robert Offley, the president and CEO of CentriLogic, said ManageForce’s services will allow CentriLogic to broaden its capabilities and better fulfill customer demand. The acquisition will also expand CentriLogic’s US footprint, adding new locations in Chicago, Boston, and Portland.
Toronto-based CentriLogic, a portfolio company of TriSpan and Long Point Capital, has acquired ManageForce.
