Robert Offley (President & CEO)

RobertOffley003-2With more than 20 years of management experience in the IT industry, Robert joined CentriLogic as President and CEO in 2006.

Prior to joining the CentriLogic team, Robert was President and CEO of Fusepoint Managed Services, where he expanded the company out of Vancouver to become a national provider of managed services. In the three years Robert was with Fusepoint, he grew the business to achieve sustained 170% year-over-year growth.

Before joining Fusepoint, Robert held managerial responsibility at PSINet, one of the first Internet service providers. Robert first joined the company as European Director before being appointed CEO of PSINet’s Canadian operations. Under Robert’s leadership, PSINet Canada became the leading provider of hosting services in Canada.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from Birmingham City University.


Daniel Vucinic (Chief Operations Officer)

Daniel Vucinic - COO CentriLogic

As COO, Vucinic is a key member of CentriLogic’s senior leadership team and is responsible for leading all operations functions for the company to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Specifically, Vucinic drives CentriLogic’s customer-facing processes, including the company’s helpdesk/front line support; engineering; critical network and technology infrastructure; and all internal tools and systems, as well as managing customer retention and success through best-in-class practices.

Vucinic previously held several senior leadership positions at business communications provider Allstream, including vice president, Strategic Business Development and Customer Retention. In this role, he significantly improved revenue churn rate by leveraging a customer experience strategy focused on a differentiated support ecosystem and proactively converting traditional services to growth services. He also developed strategic new business programs leveraging partners to drive market share through acquisition of new logos and growing the existing base. Earlier, he served as Allstream’s vice president and general manager, Data Solutions and as the company’s vice president of Operations. Earlier in his career, Vucinic held senior executive roles at Zayo and AT&T Canada, among other positions.

Vucinic has deep experience coaching and developing people and has participated in Accountable Leader and Strategic Leadership programs and Excellence in Management and Leadership seminars.

Vucinic, a professional engineer (P.Eng.), received a Bachelor’s of Applied Science degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto. He also received a Masters of Engineering Telecom certification from the school’s executive development program (MET-EDP).

Michael Vivaldi (Chief Financial Officer)

Mike is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with far reaching experience in public and private equity owned technology companies in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Joining the company in April 2019, he brings a proven record of driving change, profitable growth, fundraising, acquisitions, and integrations.

He has previously held senior financial roles at TMX Group, Aquam, and Upchain.

Shalini Duggal (Chief People & Marketing Officer)

Shalini joined the CentriLogic leadership team in August 2020 in the role of Chief People & Marketing Officer (CPMO). She brings more than 17 years of Human Resources & Marketing experience to the CPMO role. Previously, she served as Chief People and Culture Officer at Achievers, leading the people strategy and the global HR team. Prior to her work at Achievers, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer/Vice President of Human Resources for Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN). Earlier to her work at OTN, Duggal spent over eight years as the Vice President of Human Resources at SCM Insurance Services. Shalini holds a CTDP (Certified Training and Development Professional, CSP (Certified Sales Professional), and Emotional Intelligence Coach certifications. She is currently pursuing her MBA in Leadership.

Sean Harmon (Senior VP, Global Sales)

Sean oversees CentriLogic’s annual US sales growth and implements strategic enterprise sales initiatives with a strong focus on recurring revenue. He has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software, including numerous years in sales with Oracle.

Sean joined CentriLogic in January 2020. Previously, Sean co-founded TriCore Solutions, one of the first Oracle Applications-focused managed services providers in the market and held multiple senior sales management roles at Oracle and Digital Equipment.

Karthik Anand (VP, Global Professional Services)

Karthik Anand joined the CentriLogic leadership team in January 2018 as VP Global Professional Services. With over 21 years of strong Information Technology and Professional Services industry experience, Karthik strives on building and leading successful teams worldwide that deliver results. Prior to joining CentriLogic, Karthik had a successful career as Engagement Director at The Createch Group a wholly owned IT subsidiary of Bell Canada. Karthik also held several other management roles across the globe including Global Program Management, IT Delivery Management and Strategic Management positions at various fortune 500 clients.

Kevin Aplin (VP, Canadian Sales)


With over 20 years of IT sales experience, Kevin joined CentriLogic in 2008. He has held various sales and client service leadership positions within the organization, and is currently VP, Canadian Sales.

Before he joined CentriLogic, Kevin worked for SQS (a leading Europe wide software quality assurance company) where Kevin led large sales engagements across Europe – including a 5 year engagement with T-Mobile in both the UK and Germany.

Prior to SQS, Kevin worked for Gresham Computing leading the expansion of their new Java based software integration solution focusing on financial service companies and large corporations. During his time with Gresham, Kevin was selected to lead the creation of a North American sales team based in Boston. Kevin established significant new projects with Chase Manhattan and CitiBank before returning to the UK in 2001.

In 2007 Kevin decided to return to North America, moving his family to Canada where he formed Trafalgar Consulting and provided sales services and support to a number of organizations.
