Centrilogic Appoints Doug Tracy as the Company’s President
Veteran IT and Business Transformation leader to drive strategic investments in solution innovation, operational excellence, and client success
TORONTO, ON, CANADA – Feb 13, 2024 – Centrilogic, a global provider of IT transformation solutions, announces the appointment of Doug Tracy as the company’s President.
In this critical role, Tracy will drive significant investments in service and solution innovation, organizational and operational excellence, sustainability, and client satisfaction for over 700 companies. Reporting to CEO Robert Offley, Tracy will lead the company’s Strategic Advisory, Digital & Data, Enterprise Applications, Platforms & Infrastructure, and Client Experience & Business Transformation teams.
With a unique blend of operational and financial expertise, Tracy is poised to lead Centrilogic through its next phase of growth, strengthening the company’s capabilities to meet the evolving needs of its growing global client base.
Tracy brings extensive experience in scaling fast-growing companies, having held key leadership positions as CIO and CTO at notable companies including Rolls-Royce, Dana, and CSC (now DXC). Prior to joining Centrilogic, Tracy served as an Operating Executive with numerous Private Equity firms where he developed investment and growth strategies for managed services providers. Prior to his tenure as an Operating Executive, Tracy led business transformation initiatives across Operations, Service Delivery, Product & Service Development, Partner Alliances, Talent Acquisition, and Internal IT teams at Milestone Technologies, a 2,500+ person IT services firm operating across 40 countries. Tracy holds an MS in Software Development and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from the United States Naval Academy. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Wolken Software and the Advisory Board of BlackKite.
