Centrilogic and its affiliates, and their successors and assignees (collectively referred to as “Centrilogic” and / or “We”), are committed to protecting your privacy. This Website Privacy Policy (“WPP”) applies to the collection, use and disclosure by Centrilogic of information about identifiable individuals (“Personal Information”) collected through Centrilogic websites, including Centrilogic, and not in connection with Centrilogic services.

For the purpose of services provided by Centrilogic to our clients, the policy in reference should be Centrilogic’s Service Data Privacy Policy (“SDPP”).

For the purpose of the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), we have a notice to be taken into consideration, besides all the information mentioned in this policy. The notice is public and is shared [here].

Collection of Your Personal Information

Centrilogic will only collect Personal Information, such as your e-mail address, name, address, postal code, or telephone number if you agree to our WPP and explicitly give us your consent to use that information.

Centrilogic will only collect information about your visit to any Centrilogic site, including the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions taken within a Centrilogic site if you agree to our WPP and explicitly give us your consent to use that information.

Certain Centrilogic services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with our partners. If you register for or use such services, both Centrilogic and our partner may receive information collected in conjunction with the co-branded services.

Use of Your Personal Information

If you permit the usage of your Personal Information by Centrilogic, it will be used for the sole purpose that we ask your permission. These services may include the display of customized content and advertising based on the information Centrilogic has collected. Centrilogic may use your Personal Information to inform you of other products or services available through our Centrilogic technology and may use your Personal Information to send you surveys regarding current services or new services that it is considering offering.

Retention Period of Your Personal Data

We’ll not retain your data longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this WPP unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). How long we retain your personal data depends on the type of data and the purpose for which we process your data. If we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Disclosure/Transfer of Your Personal Information

Centrilogic does not sell, rent or lease its user lists to third parties. Although if permitted, Centrilogic may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of a third party about a particular offering or materials that we believe may be of interest to you. In those cases, your Personal Information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. We occasionally hire other companies (“Service Providers”) to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing statistical analyses of our services (collectively, the “Services”).

We will only permit Service Providers access to Personal Information to the extent that it is required to deliver the Services and will require them, through contractual means, to maintain the confidentiality of your information, respect your privacy and we estipulate a retention period for the usage of the data shared. Specifically, we will require Service Providers to establish and maintain appropriate safeguards for Personal Information and prohibit them from using Personal Information we transfer to them, except for the purpose of providing the Services, and from disclosing such Personal Information.

Centrilogic may access and/or disclose your Personal Information if required or permitted to do so by law. Centrilogic may also access and/or disclose your Personal Information under the following circumstances:

1. to comply with a legal requirement including but not limited to one imposed by a warrant, subpoena, court order, or like instrument served on Centrilogic;
2. where Centrilogic has reasonable grounds to believe that such access or disclosure is necessary to prevent or investigate any breach of an agreement or contravention of a law; or
3. in urgent circumstances to protect the life, health, or security of any person. Centrilogic may also disclose your Personal Information to its successor or any assignee of Centrilogic.

Centrilogic does not use or disclose sensitive Personal Information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent. Any use or disclosure of your Personal Information within Centrilogic will remain subject to the limitations of this WPP.

Centrilogic will give you notice and obtain your consent before using or disclosing your Personal Information for any purpose that is not described in this Policy.

Control of Your Personal Information

Centrilogic offers at any moment the possibility to its members to limit the collection, use, and sharing of their Personal Information. For example, you may choose not to receive marketing materials from Centrilogic, on its own behalf or that of third parties, and may stop the delivery of future promotional e-mails and Newsletters. When providing Personal Information to Centrilogic or responding to a communication from Centrilogic, look for a button, box, a question asking whether or not you want to provide or share your Personal Information, or an unsubscribe option.

Security of your Personal Information

Centrilogic is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the Personal Information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as credit card numbers) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption technologies, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Use of Cookies

If permitted, Centrilogic will use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. For example, if you personalize Centrilogic pages, register with Centrilogic, or subscribe to services, a cookie helps to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your Personal Information, such as billing address, preferred e-mail address, and so on. When you return to Centrilogic, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the Centrilogic features that you customized. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies.

Changes to this Policy

Centrilogic encourages you to periodically review this Policy. Centrilogic will occasionally update or change this WPP. When Centrilogic makes changes to this Policy, you will see the word “updated” next to the WPP link on the introductory page of Centrilogic for a period of at least thirty (30) days from the change. The date that this Policy was last updated will appear at the top of the Policy. Centrilogic recommends that you subscribe to this page to receive notifications.

Enforcement of this Privacy Policy

Centrilogic welcomes your comments regarding this Privacy Policy. If you believe that Centrilogic has not adhered to this Policy, and would like to access or request an amendment to your Personal Information being held by Centrilogic, please contact our Privacy Officer by telephone, e-mail, or postal mail using the contact information provided.
