The New Centrilogic: People + Technology

Authored by Shalini Duggal, Chief Marketing & People Officer

Lots of companies talk about digital disruption these days — but once you get past the hype and noise, few deliver real digital transformation. Over the last several years, a series of acquisitions has strengthened Centrilogic’s expertise and expanded our offerings, allowing us to support customers’ end-to-end IT needs in a way that’s unique and, frankly, disruptive in the tech industry.

Reimagining a brand is a challenging, time-consuming task at any time. It needs to touch every corner of an organization. There’s no sitting on the sidelines — to truly transform a brand you need everyone to roll up their sleeves and jump in. I’m endlessly proud of what our team accomplished, particularly during a pandemic. The time, effort, and creativity from the Centrilogic team is truly astonishing.

With our new branding, we’re better spotlighting the full spectrum of our services and differentiators with clear, simple language that reflects the variety of offerings the unified Centrilogic delivers through a modern look and feel. We’re not your run-of-the-mill IT services company, so we’ve deliberately created a rebranded site that looks remarkably unlike the competition.

But this rebranding and redesign is about more than standing out from the competition. It’s about making a human connection. We sought to create a site that is representative of the company we aspire to be, one where everyone — our customers and the Centrilogic team — see themselves reflected in the diversity of imagery we use.

More Than a New Look

Ensuring this theme of inclusion is clear and pervasive has taken on particular importance as I take on a unique role that unifies HR and Marketing. We wanted to ensure the human element of Centrilogic’s services was just as prominently positioned on our new site as the advanced technology we offer.

At Centrilogic, we believe in people being authentically themselves and strive to create a flexible and equitable environment for everyone. This year we’re introducing a number of new initiatives to deliver on that goal, including a Women in Tech initiative to empower women in our own company and beyond to navigate what is typically a male-dominated industry. I’m delighted to be the program’s executive sponsor and look forward to sharing more about this program and the tangible outcomes of our work in the near future.

We also know gender is not the only barrier the technology community faces. Centrilogic will be launching a D&I leadership series and continuing to explore new opportunities to help those who are “different” in the tech community overcome the challenges they often face.

Onward

We’re thrilled to officially unveil this new look and next era for Centrilogic. Our services now go well beyond standard IT to serve our customers no matter where they are on their digital transformation journeys, and it was time our brand reflected that.

Not only did Centrilogic thrive over the past year-plus, we also worked to create unique solutions that literally helped many of our customers keep the lights on as their businesses pivoted to respond to the demands of COVID-19.

The future is bright for Centrilogic as we continue to push ourselves even further to empower our customers to harness advanced technologies to meet their business objectives and create a competitive advantage.

We hope you’ll explore the new Centrilogic and learn more about how we’re reimagining IT to help companies meet their full digital potential.
